This cosy Swedish house with a sauna and fireplace stove is on the edge of a little village in the countryside. The house is on an elevation and you can look out over the village from there.
The property is fenced to the driveway. In the large garden with fruit trees you can relax, jog in the adjacent forest, go for a walk or collect berries and mushrooms. A wood central heating is of course also available and an air source heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning. The house was painted on the outside in 2014, the veranda renovated in 2015. In the same year new furniture and a flat screen were purchased and a new stove with ceramic hob. In 2016, some rooms were renovated and painted, and the shower in the basement completely renewed and tiled.
You can shop 300 metres away and the train station is 6km away. Public transport is just 300 metres away. You can get to the swimming lake in five minutes by car. All tourist attractions and the Baltic Sea, as well as Öland, are within easy access.
