Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris

"The location is perfect for tourism and the view from our Seine River view room, which costs extra, was spectacular. Metro is just a 5 minute walk. The front desk staff is great! Very nice folks. But you do have to clean your own room, including bringing down your towels and trash to the lobby and get new room supplies. We were not prepared for that, but OK, we can do it. The room was odd shaped and definitely was not as nice as the one pictured in Hotels.com. But it had a desk area, kitchenette and a foyer, though that served little purpose beyond giving you room to get in the door with your luggage without being cramped into the bed. Breakfast is extra. A/C cools the room, but only if you make it run all the time and turn it down all the way. But we did enjoy our time there with no regrets. We wouldn't spend this much again if we return to Paris."

"Very friendly staff. Nina was exceptional at the breakfast bar. Clean rooms, nicely decorated. Breakfast bar had limited variety. Would be good if more options available such as egg requests. Also, it would be nice to have robes in the room. Happy with our stay. Would recommend."

"Staff are very nice. The hotel is in a great area. I chose a double bed room. It was tight but it’s okay cuz I was alone. They don’t provide body lotion so bring your own. They give you a free bottle of water though. They refill it every tike they clean your room."

"Great location on Rue du Bac, with three cafés within a block, charming little shops all around, and an easy walk to many places in Saint Germain. The hotel is charming, and the lovely rooms are air conditioned, clean, and nicely decorated, with Phytomer products in the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is an unexpected delight. Perfectly situated, very cozy, clean, excellent bed- and the staff could not be nicer and more helpful, particularly the lovely young woman at check in, who went above and beyond every day to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of (and I had a number of issues). I’ve stayed all over rive gauche previously, and this will be the place i come back to again. Happy I found it."
