Work conference

This property was exactly what was described online. Close proximity to the convention center, restaurants and was a short easy drive to Main Street shops. Plenty of room for any amount of guests and the hot tub was an added bonus.

The house was great, the location was amazing. The house was very comfortable, everything you could ask for a small or large family. The only negative was the water temperature. Even after running it for periods of time it never became hot. So, showers were only warm and cut short because of the water temp.

Very Clean and spacious. The hot tub was a nice touch after a round of golf. Views from the patios were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Great fun visiting Ruidoso. House was very nice and we all enjoyed the hot tub. No issues encountered with this property and we would not hesitate to return again. Enjoyed plenty of space indoor and outdoor on multiple decks. Pleasantly surprised by views.

Fun for family

Our family had a great stay here! Two spacious living rooms for everyone to have space to relax. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Lots of elk and wild horses roaming nearby. Close enough to ski resort and sledding and hiking. It’s on the corner of a busy road so lots of cars driving by.

I loved the property but didn’t realize it was on busy street. Lights from vehicles driving by right in the windows so suggest dark out drapes in bedrooms n cld hear some traffic but other than everything great

I rented the house as a birthday gift for my younger sister It was perfect!! Had a great time. The pictures made it look like the house was located out in the woods, there are a lot of trees around the house but it is in a residential neighborhood. But it was a nice house and i wasn't disappointed!

Perfect for the wife and kids.

This house was perfect for my wife and kids and we would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient and the house itself was clean and had almost everything we needed. My children enjoyed the hot tub and we had no problems grilling out back. The washer hose disconnected at the end of our stay but I think maintenance was able to take care of it quickly. We look forward to returning if you will have us again. Thank you!

Great get away!

Small two day work/friends trip. Perfect weather. The place was plenty big! So much space and three patio options! Hot tub needed more water, no hose in area to do so, as well as didn’t know if that was ok to do or not. Hot tub buttons worn out. Wasn’t sure how to operate it. Maybe some instructions on it would be good. It didn’t stop us from soaking rack night! Great kitchen and bedrooms, each with their own bath! Will stay again!!!
