“The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.”

“Had difficulty with app but unit spotless. There was a crack in internal garage access door, light in front bedroom not working, toilet paper roll loose and some mould in back bathroom. As the unit seemed new these are not criticisms but feedback brought to Helens attention which she acknowledged straight back. Helen is on these issues and they did not impede on our stay. We would stay there again if in the area.”

“I checked in for 17 nights but checked out after 3 nights. Issues included: * keys not being in the lockbox, and having to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them to me after a 12 hour drive * allocated car park never being available * piles of smelly rubbish in the bin area * specks of dried-on food on the plates and cutlery * the pool was a swamp, not the thing of beauty you see in the photos * the smoke alarm kept going off randomly at all hours But my biggest issue was the internet.……

“Loved the peace and seclusion. Wallabies grazing at your front door. The cabin was lovely, and well insulated. The passive solar design meant we didn't need to use the air con at all. Very impressed with that.”

“Clean modern unit with kitchenette One of the few places you can have a descent coffee with the French press and coffee supplied . Handy to tram station shopps and restaurants, try nearby,Homemade Thai restaurant for genuine good Thai food. Staff were friendly , welcoming and efficient. Happy to stay at Quest Southport again.”

“4 bedroom house, a study, a big lounge with a patio. Plenty of space for a family. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and was available for any questions I had. My friends and I had a great night. Thank you.”
