“The hotel is ok the price is half comparing with other same kind of hotels in the town of Augusta just 15 to 20 minutes more drive good value for master stay”

“No the staff called the cops for no reason at all and then refuse to rent to us the next day”

“Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. ”

“This is a very old building with very poor maintenance and repairs. There were piles of dirt from where maids swept the floor and didn’t bother to remove the debris. Dirty hand marks on the walls and switches. No soap for the sink area, had to use shampoo. Not a clean place.”

“Room was filthy, bed sheets and towels were all stained and dirty. It was gross. Staff was friendly. ”

“Very comfortable, clean, and reasonable for a short stay! Not many amenities though, if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise, everything else about this place is pretty decent!”

“Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here.”

“Reserved a handicap accessible room. No walk in shower, no hand held shower head. No seat in shower/tub. Had to close door to get to toilet. Room still had trash in cans. Told this was their only accessible room. Was traveling with wheelchair bound person. ”

“They need to stop advertising about breakfast. The staff is the best thing about this hotel, they are amazing even under pressure. Furniture is okbut needs new bedding . I love that it is not directly on the main thoroughfare but”

“Check in and parking were easy, staff was great, the only issue I had is the floor was filthy. Walking barefoot for 2 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. I wipped the floor with wet wipes just to have clean feet after the shower. ”

“This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all……

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“The guy at front desk was very nice and great customer service. Room was clean and nice, house keeping lady was very helpful.”
