The one bedroom suite was clean but the extra beds were thin and poor quality for teen boys. The towels, bedding and especially the pillows were below average- thin/ cheap. When I asked for more pillows they did not have enough. Check out at 10:00 am also not up to the standard of most hotels. The front desk staff was nice but had no knowledge or recommendations for restaurants etc. If you are looking for a basic stay it’s fine and clean & a good location.

Well equipped kitchen. Small space but very clean and functional. Enough space for a family of 5. Staff very helpful in shipping luggage to next destination. Convenient location to major stations. Lots of useful amenities such as toothbrushes and hair brushes.

Loved our stay! Place was clean and well taken care of. Loved that there was a washer dryer in unit and detergent was provided! Walkable to JR line and metro!!

"Another excellent stay as always at Keio Plaza. The location is ideal if you don’t mind taking the door to door bus from Narita or Haneda. Rooms and breakfast buffet are excellent. Rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. The higher floors in the 30’s have excellent views of city or government ..."

"It was a really decent sized room and clean! Could put suit case under bed which means it wasn’t cluttering the floor. Spacious bathroom. Has an air con and also a room heater is needed. Bright space. Can request more pillows if needed!"
