Everything was excellent staff was professional and friendly Except complained 3 times the room is cold finally our 4th night the maintenance finally raised the thermostat to 27 C from 25 C

The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags. The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min. The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking
