Fantastic villa, view and pool. Just perfect.

We travel a lot and this villa exceeded our expectations. Very modern, spacious and clean. Fantastic view. Fantastic pool and we loved the easy access to the sea. Friendly hosts. We highly recommend this place if you prefer to be away from the touristic areas of Mallorca.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

Well equipped villa. Peaceful setting but close to a nice little beach bar. Fantastic swimming pool. Would highly recommend if you’re after a relaxing family holiday

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe des Leuchtturms von Portocolom. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, man schaut auf die Bucht von Portocolom. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Den Swimmingpool konnten wir Anfang Mai schon gut nutzen und zum Meer sind es ca 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Vom Balkon, Ess- und Wohnzimmer hat man eine super Aussicht auf Meer/Hafen und Berge. Zimmer sind gut, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Pool, den wir nur für uns hatten, ist schön angelegt. Holzeinrahmung vom Pool sollte etwas nachgebessert werden.

Sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. In nur 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am meer und bei einer kleinen Bar s‘arenal. Dort haben wir einige Abende gegessen und getrunken. Nur zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sauber , zwischendurch kommt mal eine Putzkraft. Es fehlt in der Küche an nichts und unten am Pool ist alles notwendige da. Das der Hausverwalter mit im Haus wohnt war und zwar nicht ganz klar, aber wir haben den auch fast nie gesehen oder gehört. Zumal es beim einchecken oder schnellen Fragen sich sehr praktisch war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely property in a fantastic Location

Maria and her husband communicated with us throughout. We had a problem with our flight so ended up losing 1 night. Maria welcomed us even though we arrived really late . The property itself is magnificent, with spacious rooms and lovely pool. The view is breathtaking, especially when you're in the veranda in the evening and overlooking the bay during sunset. You will have to buy essentials including black bags, dishwashing liquid, etc. The air condition works great, and the black-out automatic blinds surely helps you sleep a lot better. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the S'arenal beach. Blue Bar and S'Arenal restaurant both offer decent food and drinks. Great experience overall, will definitely recommend. Thanks Maria!

Traum Lage, super Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Landzunge in Portocolom ist sehr ruhig und unglaublich schön. Das Wohnung ist im 1. Stock gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht, die Boote und die Einkaufsmeile von Portocolom. Im Haus selbst ist im Erdgeschoss die Wohnung des Vermieters, die dieser jedoch nur an den Wochenenden bewohnt und wovon wir kaum etwas mitbekamen.Vom geräumigen Flur geht links ein Zimmer ab das 2 Doppelbetten hat, ein Bad mit Dusche und noch ein kleines Fernsehzimmer mit ausklappbarem Sofa. Davor ist noch eine Gästetoilette.Nach rechts geht es zu einem Bereich der aus 2 Schlafzimmer besteht. Das kleinere hat ein Doppelbett, das größere 2 Einzelbetten und einen kleinen Fernseher. Die beiden teilen sich ein Bad mit Dusche in der Badewanne die nichts für wacklige, ältere Menschen ist. Das Waschbecken ist leider nur mit kaltem Wasser zu betreiben, der Warmwasseranschluss fehlt komplett. Das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche geht auf den Balkon raus. Von dort ist der Blick atemberaubend Richtung Westen über die Bucht von Portocolom. Gigantische Sonnenuntergänge garantiert. Die Küche ist schön und ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, unzählige Pfannen und Töpfe, scharfe Messer, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, genug Teller und Gläser. In der Bar standen unzählige Spirituosen offenbar zum Verbrauch für die Gäste. Neben der Küche ist der Wirtschaftsraum mit Ablufttrockner, Spülmaschine und Bügelutensilien. Auf der Terasse ist ein großer Tisch, ein Sofa und 2 Sessel. Platz genug und urgemütlich. Lediglich zum Pool muss man aus der Wohnung raus, ums Haus gehen und dann 2 Stockwerke tiefer ist der Poolbereich. Der Pool selbst ist, wie noch üblich, nicht beheizt. Er ist jedoch so großzügig dimensioniert das man richtig schwimmen kann. Wir schätzen 8-10 auf 4-5 Meter. Die Filteranlage funktioniert so gut, wir hatten nie etwas drin. 6 bequeme Liegen, 2 Beistelltische und 2 Schirme runden den Bereich geschmackvoll um gemütlich ab. Da dort unten noch ein weiteres Zimmer (2 Einzelbetten) mit Bad vorhanden ist steht auch hier überdacht ein großer Tisch. Zudem ist der Grill da unten. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der kleine Pfad, der vom Garten in 20m durch ein Pinienwald zum Meer und der Traumbucht führt. Dieser Luxus ist unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren immer erreichbar und doch sehr diskret. Nach einer Woche kam Maria und wechselte die Wäsche und putzte die Wohnung gründlich durch. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Toller Blick von der Terrasse und eine moderne helle Wohnung. Portocolom ist ein uriger Ort ohne großen touristischen Rummel und auch die Umgebung ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung/das Haus entspricht exakt den Angaben im Inserat. Der Pool ist relativ groß, der Fußweg zu einem kleinem Strand ist ca 200m weit und führt durch einen Hinterausgang im Grundstück durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Klimaanlage ist wichtig und funktioniert hervorragend, weil die Sonne am Abend noch ziemlich durch die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer scheint und entsprechend aufheizt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch die Kommunikation mit Maria und Tomeu via FeWo lief schnell und reibungslos. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann vielleicht die Küchenausstattung. Für 4 Personen okay, aber wenn mehr Gäste da sind, könnte es knapp werden. Gerne wieder :-)

Wunderbare Villa in toller Lage

Wir hatten mit 7 Personen das Vergnügen in dieser Villa 8 Tage zu verbringen. Alles war supersauber, das Haus wurde unserem Wunsch entsprechend schon sehr früh am Morgen übergeben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig. Der Pool ist extrem gepflegt und sauber. Kleinere technische Probleme erklärbar durch die erste Vermietung im neuen Jahr. Wir würden dieses Haus sicher weiter empfehlen.

Super séjour

Le séjour s'est super bien passé, la propriété est top et la hauteur de la maison permet de voir toute la vallée. La piscine est très propre comme le reste du logement . L'emplacement est top pour une famille , il y a un accès direct à une petite plage juste au bout du jardin .
