「Hotel was great, really stylish and well decorated. No fighting for sun beds and a very chilled vibe. Beach bar has fantastic views of the beach, which is beautiful but easy too overcrowded during the day. It’s a 15 minute walk to the livelier area of the resort if you want it. Only thing that let the hotel down was the food in the restaurant. We booked Breqkfast and dinner. Breakfast was good but the dinner was disappointing. Due tibtye hotel being so nice we expected better. Not enough choice...

「The property is beautiful and well maintained, but I don’t feel that it is clear how much of a hotel it is for children and just how loud the children’s activities dominate nearly the entire property. There’s nowhere on the property that you don’t hear 2030 children at all times also the Cove and the waterfront is the worst for micro plastics of any new visited. You are literally swimming with watching trash float into people‘s mouth.」

「This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean....
