“When I checked in I was disappointed about the rooms cleanliness. The floors were sandy, shower had mould and the sheets a giant stain. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t swap rooms. Instead they offered a full clean. Which didn’t address any of the issues. Very disappointing. While the rooms have been renovated, they are already showing lots of wear. The facilities also are mixed. Pools are plentiful with always chairs free. Breakfast was fine. Elevators take forever, always super hot……
