“The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. “Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. ”

“Excellent location and close to the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a great sea view. Sound proofing was poor and could hear noise/wardrobes being opened and closed next door.”

“The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking……

“I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. ”
