「When I checked in I was disappointed about the rooms cleanliness. The floors were sandy, shower had mould and the sheets a giant stain.
The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t swap rooms. Instead they offered a full clean. Which didn’t address any of the issues. Very disappointing.
While the rooms have been renovated, they are already showing lots of wear. The facilities also are mixed. Pools are plentiful with always chairs free. Breakfast was fine. Elevators take forever, always super hot...

「The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable and nicely kept, although it was a little on the small side and we had 2 single beds attached
The gym was amazing and very well equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Mallorca. Parking is available on the street, but we were always able to find a spot relatively close to the hotel, which was very convenient.
