“The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking.”

“Staff was not very friendly. In the case of purchasing the breakfast and dinner combo’s they would want to charge us for drinks I find that completely absurd. When I brought my own water from outside you would think that I asked them for a loan of $10000 by the way they reacted to us bringing our own water. Additional to that, no parking at all the response was if you can’t find any spots, which were very few at that, you would have to park in the street. In an unpaved road where our rental was……

“Hotel was great, really stylish and well decorated. No fighting for sun beds and a very chilled vibe. Beach bar has fantastic views of the beach, which is beautiful but easy too overcrowded during the day. It’s a 15 minute walk to the livelier area of the resort if you want it. Only thing that let the hotel down was the food in the restaurant. We booked Breqkfast and dinner. Breakfast was good but the dinner was disappointing. Due tibtye hotel being so nice we expected better. Not enough choice……

“Loved staying here the food was good the staff were supper friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with our rooms and they dealt with it so well and upgraded our wristbands to premium. This place will be my go to when I come to Ibiza again. Thanks guys”

“Das Frühstück war sehr einfältig, es gab keine Alternativen bei Joghurts, Gurken schienen als wären sie vom vor Abend beim Salat Buffet übrig geblieben; generell keine qualitativen Lebensmittel, Obst gab es Melone, Ananas, Bananen und Äpfel extrem einfältig für ein südländisches Land - generell nach 7 Tagen hängt es einem zum Hals raus. Die Zimmer sind optisch recht ansprechend, jedoch extrem hellhörig. Der Geruch war eigenartig und mehrmals ist es vorgekommen, dass die Putzkraft ins Zimmer……

“Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation……

The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. “Schon wenn man in die Lobby kommt fühlt man sich wohl , alles ist sehr sauber , die Rezeption spricht ein gutes Deutsch ,wir werden sehr höflich und fein reundlich begrüßt. Uns wird ein sehr schönes Zimmer im fünften Stock zugewiesen. Wir bekommen alles schön erklärt, Frühstückszeiten, Gutscheine , Dachterrasse , Getränke und Außenpool. Im Zimmer angekommen freuen wir uns über das offenene, helle und großzügig geschnittene Zimmer und natürlich der traumhaft schöne große Balkon mit Blick in die……
