「Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....
