「Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

「Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. The absolute treat was to get a voucher by the hotel that paid for your taxi ride...

There were no food options available at the property other than breakfast even though the website stated dinner, room service and snack options. When we asked about food we were directed to outside the hotel to restaurants. I have no idea why this was the case.」

「I was a little disappointed that the main beach photo from the listing was taken from nowhere near the hotel. When booking the sea view room I booked under false information that that would be the view. Also think that it needs mentioning it’s definitely more than 6 minutes walk to the beach - all downhill - which is fine but should be mentioned for accessibility reasons. We booked the premium sea view room which showed loungers and a large balcony - we did not get given a premium sea view room...

「I stayed 5 nights, we did not had a smooth check in, the front desk lady was not friendly or helpful at all, the room was ok, was expected better. the view was nice , the hotel was too close to the beach , the breakfast was good same everyday. overall was ok but won't go again.」
