“Great hotel. Only issue is the AC is more basic air circulation than actual AC. The pool is very quiet, almost unused which is a pro or a con depending on what you expect.”

“When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection……

“I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality……

Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. “Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to……

“A great find for our city break in Palma. Hotel staff and welcome was second to none. Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the roof up bar with Cathedral views. Would recommend and definitely return when next in Palma.”

“Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept.”
