“This was a fantastic hotel. It was immaculate and in a great location. The signature suite was beautiful with 2 balconies and very spacious. The rooftop bar was stunning with spectacular views over the sea and the marina. The pool , restaurant and pool bar were all fabulous. Food at the bar was delicious and great cocktails But the stand out part of this hotel is the staff! From reception to the rooftop bar, they were on point! Super attentive and so friendly. I would highly recommend this……

“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. The lack of urgency from management was entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the facilities do not reflect a four-star standard, as basic amenities such as……

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were perfect for our family, and the beautiful scenery made our trip even more enjoyable. The daily breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. “Very nice breakfast but only start at 8:00 am only. Unable to have it as we have morning flight to leave at 9:30. Overall service is good and parking is convenience.”

“The hotel is nice and well positioned. It’s clean and the staff are all very amenable and really helpful. The only criticisms are that the music in a morning is a little loud - starts around 8am and there was still a lot of noise after the rooftop party which although the music ended on Tim at midnight there was the clean up etc. through the early hours. I guess it was u fortunate that we were on the floor below the rooftop (floor 7) and although an invitation was extended the music wasn’t the……

“El hotel cuenta con lo suficiente si solo lo usas para dormir y durante el día estás visitando la ciudad y las playas. El perdón al fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el anuncio decía que el hotel contaba con muebles (camastros y sombrillas) y acceso a la playa directo y esto no fue así, la playa más cercana queda a 10-15 min caminando y tampoco te ofrecen los servicios prometido en la playa.”

“This June was my 14th stay since 2015 and while the magnificent staff were as professional, friendly, helpful and kind as always, I was somewhat disappointed by some new changes that have arisen. The changes entailed an empty mini bar ( whereas each room used to have a full stock of soft drinks and beer to use without charge; now the fridge was empty). Furthermore the bathroom towels used to be luxurious big bath sheets but are now very thin small towels such as one would get in a three star……
