「Good breakfast, but worse bathroom」

「Very nice breakfast but only start at 8:00 am only. Unable to have it as we have morning flight to leave at 9:30. Overall service is good and parking is convenience.」

「Served its purpose being a short stroll to the beach and marina. Well maintained pool area. Breakfast nice selection. Our lower level room had a slight damp smell when we arrived but with doors open and air con, it soon went. View of residential block next door. Spa looked lovely although no time to use the complimentary access. Would stay again.」

「Room with sea view was terrific, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Great area to stay with plenty of places to eat and easy access into town for evening drinks. Breakfast was good, but could be better. Plenty of choice though」

「Amazing new hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities.」

「First class experience all the staff are outstanding and the position of the property is just perfect .」

「An oasis right in the heart of Palma and such a beautifully designed hotel. We walked everywhere or jumped on a bus for the beach.」

「One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Location is excellent. And the building is really cool. I really enjoyed sitting and reading a book in the large sitting room on the 2nd floor.」

Linens and soaps were excellent, along with the historic/modern decor which was blended well. Danna and Gabriel were wonderful in helping us with recommendations, reservations and they even remembered our travel plans and proactively got us a car to make sure we got to the train station on time in a thunderstorm!」
