「Had a bungalow with lounge and terrace. Good aircon and lots of space. The furnishings and decor are a little old but good quality and clean. 「酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意」

「Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. 「The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.」
