「The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. 「The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves.
