「The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. 「The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The waterfront is nearby and there are lots of restaurants and shopping on the square. The only issue is parking and dropping off/picking up luggage. I recommend not renting a car in Palma and making other transportation arrangements. 」

「We visited Palma de Mallorca on a family trip and stayed at Nakar Hotel for three nights. This is a really nice and clean hotel. It is right in the perimeter of the city centre, walking distance to patas in the city centre, the cathedral and seafront. Well managed with swimming pool (though a bit small) on rooftop, restaurant on 8/F, another swimming pool, a spa and sauna at basement level. Staff are polite, food are good. Worth the pennies.
