「Not every room in this property is the same. Our first room was jokingly small but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The location of this hotel was amazing and so convenient. Parking is off site and about 30 euros/night. They have a golf cart and drove us back to the parking with all the luggage. That service alone was amazing because the alleyways to get to the hotel are super narrow and scary to drive in.」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!」

「The staff in this hotel are excellent, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and resolve any issues. The hotel is nice and what you'd expect from a small 5 star city centre boutique hotel, however there were some issues. The air con was inconsistant and the shower was a bit crap. The breakfast was lovely and we did recieve a free dinner in the restaurant due to the air con issues. And i must say the food there is first rate」
