A hidden gem in the heart of Palma. A unique hotel perfectly situated to nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main areas of the old town. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Fantastic bar with great vibes and cocktails. Would have no hesiatation in giving it a 10/10.

Beautiful hotel, and staff is wonderful. Luxurious, and within walking distance to dining, castle, and cathedral. We left a pair of diamond earrings in our room and the staff overnighted them to us in Seville. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful and located near sites and shopping. The hotel staff is phenomenal especially Rafa, he took care of all of our needs. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from. The restaurant food was excellent and the prices were very fair. We had a great experience at Nobis and we will return.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Probably the most attentive staff I have ever encountered too. Other than there not being a pool on the sun deck, the hotel is perfect.

Stunning stay. Hotel is in a historic building located in the center of Palma old town. The remodeled space is gorgeous, so beautiful that it was hard to fully take in! The room was equally beautiful. The bar was vibey and fun with good cocktails. Staff and service top notch. Breakfast was decent but not noteworthy. If you have a car, don’t try to go to the hotel, parking is in a public garage offsite. Loved Palma and this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city.

Stunning property! From the moment we walked in and Jonathan took time to walk the property and explain the history to the friendliness and professionalism of the serving staff and the accommodating of my Gluten Free needs (which were amazing!) I can Not say enough. Add all this to the beautiful property- the location which is within 5-10 minute walking of all the highlighted sites, made this the perfect place to stay! Thank you Nobis- We had just left Copenhagen a couple weeks earlier- wish we had stayed at Nobis there!

Beautiful new property in central Palma. Amazing bar for cocktails, above board breakfast and super friendly staff (shout out to Bruno who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and checked in on us. He definitely hustled and was proactive in making sure our needs were met). Amazing linens and sheets. For a small property this one definitely will be winning awards. Only downside was parking (didnt know we couldnt drive there so we parked nearby and walked to the hotel but NBD as it was super close and convenient)

Gorgeous stay

Overall the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The building is incredible, with so much character. We loved the breakfast, and the cocktail bar. The sun deck is gorgeous, but having the pool on the floor below isn’t ideal- it also feels like the pool is in the restaurant. I didn’t see anyone use it during our stay. The only other issue was the wet room/ bathroom- the glass door did not have a seal, so when you showered the water leaked. Not a great design. But overall we loved it and would stay again.

We booked a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable—the larger room was definitely a plus. The main drawback was the air conditioning, which was either freezing cold or off, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. We contacted the front desk several times about this, but it never improved, which became frustrating over the course of our stay. Breakfast was included, which was convenient, though the options were fairly limited. What stood out more were the small service details that didn’t feel five-star. For example, there were not enough salt and pepper shakers for each table, which seems like such a basic thing for a hotel of this level. One morning staff even asked to take mine before I was finished (my husband mistakenly said I was done), and I had to request it back. A small issue, but it’s details like this that separate a four-star experience from a true five-star one. The location itself is beautiful and very central, which we really appreciated. However, there is no on-site parking—you need to use a parkade a few minutes away, and the narrow streets make driving in and out a bit stressful. Another aspect we didn’t love is that the front desk is located in a separate room from the lobby. It made the experience feel disconnected and didn’t allow for the same relationship with staff that we’ve had at other five-star properties. Lastly, the hotel advertises a pool, but it’s really more of a decorative bathing pool located in the center of the restaurant.

Excellent is not even the word. Immaculate maybe? This place is a slice of heaven. I would give 6 stars if possible! Here’s why … from the moment I was greeted at the grand entrance, my bags were taken to my room and they arrived before me, strategically placed comfortably for my convenience. Greeted with a refreshment, the check in process was a breeze. The service is personalized and the front desk staff will give you a tour of the property and will explain the lay of the land of Mallorca. The restaurant NOI is so delicious I’ll spend too much time typing how delighted I was with the service and the food. The breakfast is so good with a buffet style and you can order eggs any style and omelets. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable with great pillows. The spa is amazing, specially when you come back from walking the town all day. The property itself sits on a old Muslim monastery so you can only imagine how instagramable the place is. Every corner is a perfect photo op and the muted colors of beige in different hues, make it so incredibly romantic. There are several churches around the property and the narrowest streets take your straight into the heart of Mallorca. They can organize tours, taxis and Uber’s are super easy and accessible. The Nobis hotel is a win win win. I don’t have 1 negative comment to say. This never happens as I’m so particular. Enjoy this lovely town and fantabulous hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a beautifully designed hotel in every aspect marrying old and new successfully. The design is faultless and certainly wows. However aspects of the hotel experience were disappointing for an hotel of this standard. Having travelled extensively around Europe this year it has been interesting to compare and contrast the standards across hotels. The Nobis scores highly in respect of design. Our room was lovely and very quiet, with virtually no noise from outside or within the hotel. That’s a huge plus and was lacking in some hotels I stayed in. However I found the bed uncomfortable, the air con was poor, and the towels and bathroom tissue were poor quality for an hotel of this calibre. The bathroom was dark and lacked practicality eg shower valves located such that you got soaked in cold water turning on the shower! The sound of water dripping and running from the room above seemed amplified in a room that was otherwise very quiet. The bar was fabulous as is the roof terrace with its views of the Cathedral. The spa was wonderfully and extremely relaxing. Service was nothing special and lacked the warmth and welcome we later received at the Concepció by Nobis. Staff seemed to lack knowledge and training. Put the Concepcio team in the Nobis and you’ve a winning formula! Breakfast was good but again not outstanding. In summary a stunning hotel in terms of design with a great little spa and roof terrace but other aspects of the hotel experience were disappointing.
