“Wir haben lediglich im Anschluss an unseren "Haupturlaub" eine Nacht im BO Hotel verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, da es als sehr hochwertiges á la Carte Frühstück……

“Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.”

“Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to……

“The hotel is well positioned. The room is a bit small but clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. I appreciated the terrace, even though the light outside was not working properly. Breakfast was ok, but good value for money (worth adding it). The staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies should be more careful and avoid opening the doors without knocking first, especially with the "not disturb" sign hanging outside.”

“Perfect Locations, nice property. Also the room and amenities all perfekt. Pool is nice, thus they have a fence but we found that not too disturbing. Will book again”

“Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff……
