「The hotel i in the heart of old town. It’s a beautifully renovated hotel. Unfortunately there was construction right across a narrow Street from our room. We had a car and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. At nights it was hard to get a taxi to come to the hotel or to get dropped off at the hotel. The hotel did offer us help parking the car but later we found out that they charged a valet service fee that was not discussed prior. We booked a room with breakfast and they charged us...

「It was very overpriced for a tiny hotel and very plain hotel room with a bath/shower that was old and discolored yellow. Needs a serious upgrade especially for the price.」

「What an amazing short break at Hotel Basilica in Palma. Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended.」

「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」
