Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended.”

“It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.”

I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk.
