「This hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. No need for a car in Lalma. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Super clean with an amazing rooftop bar and pool- which was so great to use after boating or shopping for the day. The staff was so happy and really helpful. Our suite was awesome with lots of details that made it just that little extra. I would highly recommend this hotel.」

I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. 「Pool is generic and the pool bar is below basic standards. Feels like an airport hotel pool. The hotel only has vending machines, no real food served other than breakfast which is over priced. The vending machine was not working either. Front desk was nice but clueless and not helpful dealing with parking (which is very complicated), loud guests making noise all night, or basically anything other than check in. The area is loud and trashy at night. It’s ok for a quick business trip but for sure...
