“Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress.
The breakfast and coffee is great.
The products given in the bathroom are superb.

“Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff.

“This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful.
