"We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. "Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. "Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel...

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again."
