“Staff were professional and helpful. Our needs were anticipated and the check in was so organized. We were given a key card to access the luggage storage and restroom/lounge area, since we arrived before check in time and had a train trip to Soller that day. We stored our luggage and enjoyed our day in Soller and returned to check in. Staff were very helpful.”

“I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
