The location, the spaces rooms, the comfortable beds, the amazing swimming pool, the outside kitchen and the large private ground makes the villa a perfect place to stay with friends or family. The villa is located approximately 5 minutes driving by car from the city Manacor and the supermarket Lidl. When you are with a group of 16 friends, the party is always at the villa. "I liked: The owner was very nice and helpful. The villa was clean . Liked the area as was proper Spanish I did not like: The villa is a little dark and the pictures are a little bit dated . Personally think the garden could do with a good cutting etc as most evenings I was bitten as it was over grown"

"Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."

"Big home with a great pool for 2 families to enjoy a lovely island get away. Host and owner were nice, responsive, attentive and helpful. It is an older house, so minor issues with shower spray, mild musty smell, dust from outside. But no issues that were a big problem. We were mainly put back on the patio and swimming- the pool is amazing. The surroundings are private, peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous. We would stay again!"

"Wir haben in dem Haus einen wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub verbracht. Es bietet für 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder mehr als genug Platz und ist fantastisch gelegen. Die Fotos sagen alles :) Der private Zugang zum Strand ist einmalig! Leider ist die Einrichtung in den Badezimmern veraltet und z. B. in den Duschen teilweise kaputt. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von dem netten Damen Team herzlich empfangen worden. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. "
