「Beautiful view, close to beach, ideal for a lovely stay」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!」

The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. 「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...
