“The house and pool were exceptionally clean ,bed and pillows were very good . Everything we needed in the kitchen which was well furnished ,air-conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Nice balcony that we used a lot . What I would suggest and noticed in a previous review was that it would be a good idea to have two lamps on either side of the bed for those who like to read at night .Other than that we had everything we needed .”

“位於Mallorca北部的度假飯店，距離Palma大概40分鐘車程，飯店服務非常好感覺有特別訓練過，隸屬Groupotel飯店集團底下的4星飯店。 我在此待了三天，所定房價包含了早餐及晚餐，若住客多，則都是採Bufet制度，雖然稱不上是非常高檔，但是整體來說還不錯（島上餐廳並不多），房間空間也大，此外，飯店對面即是美麗的海灘，對於早上晨跑者來說是一大享受，若有考慮Alcudia則非常推薦此飯店。”

“Perfekte Wohnung für Familie mit Kindern. Ganz in der Nähe vom Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Transport, alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Antoni war auch hervorragend! Er ist eine sehr nette Person, hilfsbereit und recht gut erreichbar. Gern mal wieder! ”

“Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception……

“Mehrfach haben wir darum gebeten ein Zimmer vorn raus mit Balkon zum Bamboleo zu bekommen. Telefonisch wurde dies auch zugesagt. Leider war das nicht geschehen. Als wir es reklamiert haben wurden wir unfreundlich abgewiesen! Ich bin 3-4 Mal auf Mallorca pro Jahr. Mich sieht das Hotel nicht wieder!”

“The place is ok for a base but I wouldn’t say it is worth the price you pay considering how dated the property is. Having said that, staff is helpful and kind, you have beach access right at your doorstep and it has a convenient location. Had we not wanted beach access, we’d have probably chosen a different place with more modern/up to date facilities.”

“The villa was old and in the middle of no where. Really need to have self transportation in order to move about. ”

“Really great location and very spacious. Perfect for small group of travelers. Only negative is the walk up to top floor was 9 flights of stairs. Ok if you don’t have heavy luggage and don’t mind the many steps! ”

“我们是4人一房的， 一室一厅的小公寓式房间。厨房空间很宽敞，考虑很周到；房间设备齐全且先进方便。酒店楼顶很棒，很舒适悠闲，适合悠闲聊天晒太阳的下午，唯一有点失望的是泳池太小了。酒店的服务人员都会英文，非常热心。酒店位置很便利，周围逛街吃饭，去可以到达海边的公交站都非常方便。”
