「Leider mussten wir diverse Mängel feststellen. Der Pool war ausser Betrieb und mit schmutzigem Restwasser gefüllt. Auch ist die Pellet-Heizung ausgestiegen. Als Ersatz gab es Heizstrahler und ein Holz-Cheminée, welche aber dazu führten, dass die Elektrizität regelmässig ausstieg und das Haus nach Rauch gestunken hat. Das Haus war staubig, die Böden z.B. unter den Betten sowie die Fenster schmutzig. Mein Partner und ich hatten beide Stiche, welche eindeutig nicht von Mücken stammten. Wir vermuten...

「We huurden Raco de Can Pep net buiten Inca. Rustige ligging, alle comfort aanwezig. Het huis bestaat uit 2 gedeeltes met aparte ingangen. De eerste deur is de living, 3 slaapkamers en badkamer met inloopdouche en toilet. De tweede deur iets verder is de woonkamer, keuken en een 2de badkamer met inloopdouche.」

「Pros: Casa muy cómoda, bien ubicada en el centro de cala d’or, para pasar unas buenas y relajantes vacaciones. Zona muy tranquila, a pesar de su cercanía al centro. Por suerte tenía estacionamiento, porque es muy difícil conseguir lugar en la calle. Casa muy completa en cuanto a servicios, tenia todo lo necesario, camas y almohadas comodas. Las calas cercanas a la casa son muy bonitas Cons: Nada」

「The setting was great being quiet but close enough to places like the marina. The host was excellent and always around to answer questions. We loved the property, particularly its layout and the gardens, dominated by the pool. This was in many ways our hub during our stay. Certain features of the villa were dated - bathroom fittings although the downstairs toilet was well appointed. 」

「Preciosa villa en el centro de Artà. Todo está limpio y la comunicación es excelente y rápida. Estacionamiento gratuito frente la puerta. El único consejo: dado el tipo de alojamiento, recomiendo que el anfitrión proporcione kits de cortesía en el baño y condimentos mínimos en la cocina (por ejemplo, sal y aceite).」

「Hemos estado 7 personas en la casa 1 semana y ha sido una experiencia muy bonita. Estaba muy bien equipada y la piscina y zonas comunes eran muy amplias. Nos regalaron una ensaimada y ayudaron con cada duda. Recomendable」

「Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit hammer Ausblick auf die Berge und Sóller.Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten mit Pool ist gut gepflegt.Der Gastgeber hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und kam nach ein paar Tagen noch einmal vorbei um den Pool zu checken.Gerne wieder!」

「The villa had a technical issue: the water fuses would frequently trip, leaving us without water each time. The place is nice, but I think it’s only worth it for longer stays, since I paid a lot and didn’t even get 24 hours. Not flexible at all for check in/check out times」

「Beautiful rural location, quiet but not remote with panoramic views and the sound of sheep bells. Property was clean and cared for with huge and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Quirky layout.... there is in fact a 3rd single bedroom as well but the 2nd bathroom is in an attached room without direct access from the main house. Both are finished to a high standard and we had great water pressure and enough hot water for a good shower. In the kitchen, the saucepans could do with an update...
