“Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had……

“Chema & seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in der Mitte auf der Insel. Sehr schöner Pool an dem nicht viel los ist, da viele einen Ausflug machen. Mietwagen ist zwingend notwendig. Jeden Morgen gab es frisches & leckeres Frühstück mit eigenem Obst & Gemüse auch nach Absprache gerne mal später und nicht an starre Zeiten gebunden. Sehr zu empfehlen! ”

“The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!”

“This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.”

“Das Personal war super super nett! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, alles war super sauber und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hatte eine super qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl sowie wechselnde Auswahl. Der Whirlpool in beiden Unterkünften ist super schön, auch bei bewölktem/ regnerischen Tagen eine Alternative. ”

“The hotel was not prepared for cold weather, the brakfast area was not heated and you definitly had the feeling that the employees where looking to close the session. Even the hotel was not full they offered no flexibilty for the check out time etc. In general a very nice building but the service and the facilities needs to be adjusted”
