  • In the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, just 5 km from the picturesque village of Pollença, lies the rustic and typically Mallorcan villa L'Hort Nou in a peaceful setting. Far from mass tourism, you can enjoy a fantastic holiday surrounded by unspoiled nature. This single-storey villa accommodates 4 guests and features a comfortable living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), a wood-burning stove in the living room, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair. The highlight is the charming outdoor area with a covered terrace, barbecue, and large pool. While you relax here, the stunning mountain views will continually amaze you. The holiday home is also the perfect starting point for day trips. Discover the lovely town of Pollença, with its monuments, shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés, all less than a 10-minute drive away. The nearest sandy beach, in Pollença Bay, is less than 12 km from the property.



    Parking is available on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Please note there is a cat named Lucy on the property. She lives outdoors, does not enter the house, and is fully vaccinated.

Pros: Prachtige rustige locatie. Bedden ok. Huisje was schoon. Cons: WIFI verbinding zeer slecht. Met wat aanpassingen aan de inboedel zou dit een prachtige locatie kunnen zijn. Kussens op de ligbedden bij het zwembad vies. Bank doorgezakt. Keukeninventaris summier. Koken is niet echt mogelijk. Dit verwacht je wel als je hier een week verblijven. Tijdens douchen steeds koud en warm water.

Great House!

We had a great time at this House. The view is Incredible and the neighborhood is also very nice. But the best part of the house has to be the cat that lives at the house (Lucy). She is super sweet and friendly and we had lots of fun petting and feeding her. Liam ( 12 years) 😘

Super séjour et vue magnifique

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette résidence. La vue est superbe et reposante avec les montagnes entourant la maison, cela permet d'être au calme tout en étant proche des lieux animés, 15 minutes pour le port de pollenca et d'alcudia. Nous avons profité de la piscine, il est agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dedans. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et claire. En synthèse, de superbes vacances.

The ideal place

If you love nature, stunning views to the mountains, privacity, relax, peaceful surroundings, etc. probably you will enjoy Hort Nou . If, in turn, you feel comfortable when fees do not offend your sense of proportionality, this will most likely be your choice.

Beautiful peaceful location with amazing views of the mountains. Just a short 15 minute drive from Cala sant vincenc and Port de pollenca. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working very well and there was a bit of an ant problem. The outdoor furniture could do with improving as it was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t clean, so anything that went into the pool came out stained green. Sadly the pool was also unusable due to the amount of wasps, my son got stung twice. We did find a wasps nest in the swimming pool shed but think there must have been another one somewhere. The property just felt a bit uncared for and unkept.

Pros: L'environnement était très bien (piscine, vue depuis les chambres, quiétude, montagnes tout autour, plages/port accessibles très facilement) Cons: Odeur de moisi dans les placards de la cuisine et dans une salle de bain. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : nettoyage de la maison (mon fils a eu 4 piqûres d'araignée pendant la nuit)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Finca ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick ist wirklich super schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend. Die Geräte sind einfach, aber sie funktionieren alle. Mein Handynetz war vor Ort nicht immer gut. Dafür hat die WLAN-Verbindung immer stabilen Empfang geboten. Es war alles sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war freundlich und hat super geklappt. Wenn man eine Finca in der Natur wählt, die etwas abgelegener ist, muss man natürlich mit der ein oder anderen Ameisenstraße rechnen. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben und waren sehr zufrieden.

Un petit coin de paradis, calme et confortable

Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison très calme à quelques minutes de Pollença. La végétation et les paysages autour sont magnifiques. L'atout majeur de cette maison est sa belle piscine toujours ensoleillée. La communication avec la gérante a été excellente, très serviable et toujours disponible.
