Everything was great — the accommodation met my expectations and matched the photos and description. The shower was a bit small, but I got used to it. The staff were very polite and always ready to help.

Very good value, clean basic hotel

Basic, clean, budget accommodation. Considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area. Not as fancy, but clean, quiet, short walk to town, friendly staff. Room had tv and aircon.

Alpa Apartments

Was a good stay however I felt I could do with an upgrade, WiFi was poor and the fridge froze milk and water on a low setting. Other than that was a good and nice place to stay. Would stay again on return to Palma

It is a rather simple but nice and clean appartment. Friendly counter. Close to rural bicycle routes and also walking distance from beach and lively centre of Palmanova.

Great value for money

Apartment was fine, basic enough but great value for what i paid. Room was spacious as I as on my own but would be quite cramped if it had 3 people in it. The kitchenette had everything u need for a short stay. Bathroom was tiny. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location could be better it’s a 5/10 min walk up a steep hill from the beach but personally I didn’t mind this as I enjoy walking. Definitely great value for money and I would stay again if I was after a cheap break away.

This property needs renovating and refurbishing. Both the bed and the sofa bed in the room were uncomfortable. The management obviously does not pay much attention to standards; there was no kettle in the room, the toaster cable was burnt in two places so we did not dare use it; we could not boil water as neither the cooker nor the microwave worked properly. After we checked out I mentioned these and the receptionist told me that I should have had asked them. Actually, they should check each room to make sure nothing is missing and everything is safe to use. Also there should have been instructions about how to use the cooker and the microwave near them. The views were beautiful, especially the mountains to the back of the building.

My original room had an ant infestation; when I told them, they sprayed my room with insecticide, which left my room smelling like chemicals. I requested to change rooms, which they denied because there were no other available rooms. I asked to cancel my stay (four nights), and there was suddenly an available room form me to switch into. This room was significantly nicer than my former room and had a strong AC unit. I found it strange that there was such a huge difference in quality between the two rooms of the same price. For the rooms, the shower is very small and does not have any soap, but that's to be expected from a cheap hotel. The walls are extremely thin and allow you to hear everything (music from neighboring rooms, cars on the road, etc.). I highly recommend earbuds if you stay here. On a positive note, the staff were communicative and polite. There is one lady in particular who works the night shift who was incredibly understanding and enjoyable to talk to. I would not come back here nor would I recommend it because of the ant situation, uncomfortable showers, and loud noises.

The front desk is sooo nice and helpful, with great suggestions. The rooms condition is very outdated, the reason for the poor rating is the shower. It was terrible, sooo tiny, and they have a super long shower curtain which you constantly touch because it’s so tiny, and i think that’s super gross, didn’t have a good shower the whole stay. The balcony was nice to have. There is a fully functioning kitchen in the room, which we didn’t use but it’s there.

Small room, which could need a renovation. Nice people in the reception. We struggled with the card/key to the room 90% of the times, they tried to fix each time with no luck. Poor and missing cleaning!

10 day stay for work

We stayed here for 10 days for work. The place is being completely redone, our apartment was freshly painted, new fridge, the works. Bit of construction still going on but not too annoying. Reception guy was very friendly and helpful with our questions. Cleaning is every other day and they provide linen for bed and bath. It's basic but has everything you'd need. I would recommend a chopping board and wooden stir spoon for the kitchen kit if I had to give some constructive feedback. Supermarket 2min drive away. I'd stay here again.

Although housekeeping is generally available, it simply did not do its job. Not cleaning the room for a week may be acceptable, but not providing towels and toilet paper and emptying the dustbin made our stay quite unpleasant.
