"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"The place was beautiful with a direct view of the port. Right out the door are restaurants and small stores. The parking is a little tricky but we managed. If we visit again we skip the car and use busses and the tram. "

"We stayed at this property for just over a week and enjoyed every moment of our time there. The view over looking the ocean is what makes this property so special. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived and there were fresh grapefruit and lemons plus a bottle of wine awaiting us! So special! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a more quaint location on Mallorca."

Die Lage ist klasse, im Berg gelegen mit Ausblick auf den Port, manchmal sieht man Schafe zwischen den Mandel- und Olivenbäumen weiden. Doch es hat vermutlich in letzter Zeit weniger Aufmerksamkeit von seinen Besitzern bekommen, was sich an der Funktionalität der Küche und der Sauberkeit zeigt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Wirklichkeit; das Dach ist nicht mehr beschattet und auch die Vorhänge in der Küche fehlen,...

"Pros: Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr ( komplette Küchenausstattung, viel verschiedenes Geschirr, Gläser, Tischdecken, Kerzen usw.) Der Check-In erfolgt selbstständig. Die Betreuung durch Mats von Mallorca Born Properties war bestens. Er war sofort zur Stelle, als es mir mal nicht gut ging. Die Lage hoch über Soller ist prima ( ein Logenplatz...) ... Cons: ...hat aber auch Schattenseiten: die Zufahrt ist schwierig und sehr kurvig und steil, ein kurzes...

"The apartment is in a great location on the mountain. Has a fantastic view of the bay and marina. The back porch is awesome. We had a small issue with bugs the first night as apartment was a bit warm. We opened the windows and bugs came in and bit us up all night. Second night was okay as we killed the bugs but was a bit warm to sleep. Overall a great place to stay in Port De Soller if you enjoy a fantastic view."

"We stayed for 4 nights in June - the property is very characterful, and well located for Pollenca which is a lovely town - even if there are quite a few stairs to navigate if you're walking!The small garden and roof terrace are great and the air-conditioning worked well during our stayPilar, the host, was very easy to deal with, and the property was easy to find even if Pollenca is not the easiest town to drive around !! :) "
