Can Pere Vell

We had a lovely stay at Can Pere Vell. The property is in a spectacular setting with views down to Port Andratx. The facilities at the property were good and the pool was excellent. A car is essential to access the property and explore the local area. We enjoyed visiting Valledemossa, Soller and Palma. We also spent a couple of days on the lovely beach at St Elm and had a couple of meals out in Port Andratx. The Mercadona at Andratx was great for shopping. The only challenge was the heat at night although the fans helped. We would happily recommend the property.

Perfect villa for a big family get away!

Perfect villa for a big family get away! The villa is managed by a company who were quick to respond to my questions. Moreover, when we had a small issue on arrival the owners of the property came out to talk to us which we were very grateful for. They are a lovely family and it was wonderful to hear about how special the house is to them, and it is very special indeed. The view is spectacular from the huge terrace and the house is spacious, homely, well equipped and a little quirky with sweet surprises around each corner, we had many epic games of hide and seek! The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need plus lots of herbs, spices, oil, salt etc so you don't have to worry about bringing the basics. The grounds are beautiful and planted with stunning succulents. There is a huge bbq and pizza oven which made meal times exciting. The pool area is very pleasant. Such a fantastic house! Close to the sea and mountains but it's tempting not to leave! Thank you ?

This place is amazing.

It's a beautiful Spanish home and the owners who met us were very nice. The only issue I had was with the property managers. They were hard to communicate with before our stay. It seems like every time I spoke with them it was someone different. Once we got into the place everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Can pere vell, ein tolles Haus

Über kurvige Straßen kommt man zum sehr schön gelegenen Haus am Berg. Es hat alles gepasst, die Küche ist top ausgestattet( vorallem der Kühlschrank 😉), im Eingangsbereich waren mediz. Masken, Handdesinfektionsmittel. und ein Klavier, Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend für den Zweck, die Betten sehr gut. Die Badezimmer und WC's im OG. waren gut, die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir uns nicht oft aufgehalten, wir haben abends lieber bei Gesellschaftsspielen am großen Esstisch gesessen oder auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang mit Sicht über den Port Antrax bis nach Ibiza genossen. Kommen Sie doch einfach vorbei und erleben sie can pere vell auf Ihre eigene Art.

We were very satisfied with the services of the agency that mediated the accommodation. Informed about the instructions in a timely and clear manner. Missing very air conditioning fan is insufficient. Window mosquito nets would be very suitable. Only the huge heat in the house and the mosquito during sleep really tricked us. The place of accommodation is a charming swimming pool perfect we swam at night. We were families with children.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für eine große Gruppe. Wunderbar gelegen, tolle Aussicht und herrlich kühl innen, auch bei Hitze im August/September. Die Küche war leider nicht ganz so sauber, ansonsten war alles (Bäder und Zimmer) sehr sauber geputzt und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgestattet. Als es ein kleines Problem mit einem der Bäder gab, wurde noch am selben Abend geholfen - super Service und sehr hilfsbereit! Einfacher Check in, sonst alles wunderbar! Wir würden gern wieder kommen und das Haus noch mal buchen!

Magnifique villa , avec une vue incroyable. Au calme sans vis à vis . Une maison où il ne manque rien . Ce fut des vacances exceptionnelles . Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Finca und werden definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen, hat einen wunderschönen Poolbereich mit einem großzügigen Pool, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (im Vormittag lag der Pool im Schatten, ab ca. 13uhr in der vollen Sonne) und einen tollen Außengrill. Direkt vor dem Anwesen beginnen tolle Lauf- und Radstrecken und man ist schnell am Supermarkt und am Meer.
