「Es hat nichts gefallen. Bei der Ankunft waren die Zimmer nicht fertig, man wollte uns anrufen. Wir mussten uns immer wieder in einer langen Warteschlange anstellen, nur um die erneute Auskunft zu bekommen, dass es nicht fertig ist. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurden wir in ein Zimmer eingebucht dass schon besetzt war.
