「Es hat nichts gefallen. Bei der Ankunft waren die Zimmer nicht fertig, man wollte uns anrufen. Wir mussten uns immer wieder in einer langen Warteschlange anstellen, nur um die erneute Auskunft zu bekommen, dass es nicht fertig ist. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurden wir in ein Zimmer eingebucht dass schon besetzt war. Das Personal ist komplett im Chaos,unfreundlich und inkompetent.Das Bad riecht und WC und Waschbecken sind verstopft. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich . Das einzige , was in...

「We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay.」
