「Good located if going on business. Building in very bad shape. Bed danger for feet fingers. Lots of scratchers on the walls/doors. Elevator didn't work for almost half of my stay 5th floor not recommended for 50+ age. Sofa and mattress deformed. Very noise street. To expensive for what you get」

「This is an ideal location for staying in Madrid literally a very short hop to Gran Via and the vibrance of the immediate area. As a dinosaur of technology it was a learning curve initially navigating the registration and then entry, but by the end of my stay i was wandering in and out like a local. Immaculately clean, and well equipped, with a great shower/ bathroom facility , large wardrobe for hanging / clothing, safe and a bijou balcony to watch over the Calle Fuencarral.
