“Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias……

“The apartment was in an ok condition, could be a bit cleaner IMO. There was also a weird smell coming from the bathroom. The location is very convenient with lots of shops and cafes around. Overall for the price it was ok.”

What made it even worse was the lack of support from the management. Instead of helping us find a solution, we had to look for another place to stay by ourselves.
