"From start to finish staying in this hotel made our holiday. It is so central and almost everything is around a 15-35 minute walk away. The hotel is so grand and the rooftop bar and restaurant were a real winner for us, amazing 360 degree views of Madrid and good food and drinks at a fair price. The staff were all so helpful and friendly particularly the doormen Angelo and Osveldo who both went above and beyond their duties to make our stay so special. The breakfast was included and we couldn't fault it. There was an amazing choice to suit everyone including bucks fizz if you wanted it, and everything was freshly made and cooked how you liked it. Our twin room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom was luxurious. There was plenty of coat hangers and wardrobe space too. There is a pool too, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it but it looked fab. They were really accommodating with storing our luggage and allowing us to use the ground floor facilities whilst we were waiting for our transfer to the airport. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. I hope I get the chance to visit it again one day."

"Our stay at Barceló Torre de Madrid was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected the pride the team takes in the property. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a wonderful experience. We needed to add a daybed to our reservation for our daughter, and the team accommodated the request immediately. They even came up to ensure everything was set up perfectly before we returned. A special thank you to Lucia, who was absolutely phenomenal. She felt more like a personal concierge than a hotel staff member, anticipating our needs and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you have the opportunity, ask for Lucia when you check in—she will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five out of five stars, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Madrid."

Hotel Chamartin The One

"The room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked they had large sized safes, big enough for laptops. I would have given five stars except for lack of noise privacy. The room doors did not open and close quietly, so you can clearly hear from the beds when neighbors come and go. Also, the door inself did not seal so any noise in the hallway was easily heard, including full conversations or someone's phone ringing down the hall. A more minor thing is that the lowest setting on the AC was too cold for me, but with a light comforter on the bed at night, it was just right. The dining area, buffet and bar were a nice touch, a bit sparsely decorated or maybe that was on purpose in using it as a multi-flex space. I felt in the evening and lesser in the morning, they were a bit understaffed and it took some time to get service. Front desk staff both for check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of this hotel to travelers on the trains is amazing. The hotel is located in the station complex."

"My wife and two older children stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. We had a great experience both times. The family rooms fit four people comfortably. Even though they are next to the street, they are well insulated and don't let any noise through. The staff is friendly. The building and rooms are clean. There is a laundromat on site ($3 Euros to wash and $3 Euros to dry. Detergent included. Can pay with card). Now, the location can't be beat. Atocha station is located across the street, which makes taking trains to Toledo o El Escorial a breeze. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, so getting to Parque El Retiro o Paseo La Castallana is super simple. An Uber to the Plaza Mayor is $8 Euros. I strongly recommend this hostel. I believe it was a great value for the money we paid for it."
