「From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff.」

「The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. 「Big cheap flat good value」

「The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. 「Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza.」
