「Everything was fantastic about the place with the exception of the lady that greeted us when we checked in. Never in all my travels have I been treated so rudely and dismissive as this woman who seemed upset that she had to deal with my daughters and I. Everyone and everything else was five star. I just chalked it up to she was having a bad day, but it was a real disappointing “welcome.”」
