“Incredible family owned business. This place is a hidden gem in San Antonio! The staff is excellent and always available. Rooms are cleaned throughly. They have a sister property cafe and the food could have a Michelin star. Especially for the price, you cannot ask for anything better. They have a happy hour from 5-7 and it is the best deal in town. Sara, our bartender one night, was exceptional and they all are fluent in both Spanish and English. “The hotel looks new and is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the light on the balconies is so bright, the room doesn’t get completely dark even with the curtains and there’s no way to turn it off. We were hoping we hadn’t booked a party hotel but our neighbors were partying all night and it was loud. Aside from that, it does seem to offer an escape from the party scene. “The location is perfect but the bathroom was disappointing had a constant stench that meant you needed the windows opened all the time and the hot water in the shower wasn’t great- however saying that we got on with it as really just somewhere to put your head down”

“My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. “Really nice hotel which is in a great location just away from all the bustle of the shops and restaurants but also very close to walk to. The hotel has nice spacious rooms and the plunge pool is a good spot to relax on a hot afternoon. Breakfast and other food options at the hotel are great and the onsite team very friendly and professional.”
