“Sehr freundliches Personal, auch die Bedienung beim Restaurant. Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, allerdings ist die Ausstattung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber noch alles :) Ich würde gerne nochmal wieder kommen, nur nicht im Sommer, da es leider tempetarurbedingt sehr schwül war (Luftfeuchte gefühlt 43 Grad C!!!)”

“Nice property in general, helpful staff and close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was among the best. Extras such as safe key, tea kettle, beach towels all cost additional money which was the only negative. Close to the beach and a few restaurants in a less busy area overall. Overall I recommend this hotel!”

“I spent 4 days at Tonga Tower Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful stay. It's a great hotel, and I would definitely come back again. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. The evening entertainment wasn't anything special, but that wasn't important to us. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, although……

“The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect! Staff are welcoming, rooms are clean. Breakfast is Ok. Things we didn’t like: no free umbrellas or lounge chairs on the beach, you have to pay for them. No place to refill your water bottle. They don’t change your beach towels everyday.”

“Schönes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Meine Freundin und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Die Lage, die Zimmer und das Ambiente haben uns rundum gefallen. Der einzige, aber leider große Wermutstropfen: Über unserem Zimmer befindet sich ein Spielsalon, aus dem bis spät in die Nacht Lärm kam. Dadurch konnten wir kaum schlafen, was sehr schade war.”

“It was a great experience, but the resort was extremely busy. It was tough to get chairs by the pool and the beach was extremely crowded. While the hotel is a beachside property it is not a private beach.”

“I had a great stay at THB Gran Playa. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also really enjoyed having a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port.
