「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...

「Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!」

「My stay at The Donna Portals var really good. I got a nice upgrade on arrival, rooms clean and neat. Service was outstanding with being driven to the padel courts or to the harbour free of charge. On the points to improve, the room had a bit of a smell from the shower sewage, and the walls are thin so you hear when the doors to nearby room closes with quite a bang. Otherwise all very good!」

「Room was spotless and well looked after daily. Breakfast good but expensive. Sadly bar in reception was closed and swimming pool was freezing. The staff were all outstanding. Very helpful. Cans of water in rooms could have been replaced regularly and teabags / milk amounts could have been increased. We had a lovely stay thankyou. 」
