I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on hold for about 15–20 minutes, and the issue was never properly resolved. After I finally got in, I was locked out again just a few days later. I was left outside for an hour. If they don’t fix this problem, don’t book. That said, everything else is fine: the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is close to the subway station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There’s no washing machine in the room, but there’s a laundromat close by.
