The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. 「A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!」

「什麼也不提供的酒店。 網上自助Checkiin。房間除了床，電視和厕所( 提供厕纸，洗手液和冲涼液),其他全部沒有，水杯都沒有，長住5日提供一次清潔執房，如果要執房，需要另付30法朗(不知道是每日支付或是一次性，我只住了2晚）。 餐廳值得一試,美味(蓬週三有promotion),員工好客。 」

「酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦」
