「Clean and simple home. Nothing extra if you have young children to entered. Very safe neighborhood to gwt my morning walk in. Perfect for what we needed.」

「Great location, house and host!」

「Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable. The location is really pretty good - close to food and shopping and the interstate, but still in a quiet area. Also close to the new Sanford Hospital if you need a place for that. Communication with the host was very good! The breakfast options were a nice surprise too. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Great location. We will be booking again next year.」

「Had a great stay in this property.」

「Great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for our stay!」

「Great place for our family when our daughter’s wedding was next door at Newman Center. It was perfect for us!」

「Love all the old home charm that is everywhere. Door knobs, stain glass, beautiful wood floors. Made the stay fun to find all the little details.」

「Very clean, plenty of room for large groups. Quick responses. 」

「Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares.」

「Great experience because the place was thoughtfully organized and well appointed for families.」

「Great stay. The property was clean, well equipped, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Overall great stay. Could have used a few more wash cloths in the bathroom but that's it!」

「We enjoyed our stay during Christmas in Fargo. We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. 」

「Great location. Host provided wonderful communication and clear instructions.」

「The good: close to NDSU campus & both the upper & lower duplex units give you a total of 6 bedrooms. Easy checkin & checkout process. The bad: there is a very strong cleaning/perfume oder in it which made it uncomfortable to spend much time in it. The photos of the listing are enhanced to make the place look much brighter & fresher than it really is. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom & dirty coffee maker. The flooring is creaky & in the downstairs you can hear every step taken upstairs.」
