“Communication with host was great from booking to checkout. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic. I asked the host the manufacturer because I may buy for myself. Local restaurants were great and it’s a short easy drive to Kennebunkport. Also there is a super market with a full wine, beer and liquor selection within walking distance. Great stay!!”

“The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full……

“Spacious accomodation for our family of 5. We booked one of the bigger units for a quick 2 night stay. Everything was great - unit was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast. Laundry on site was helpful also. The tvs in the units are a bit dated and don’t allow for log in to streaming services which disappointed the teenagers but they survived … overall a great stay ”

“This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. “This stay was great! Check in was very straightforward and easy, and the location is great for walking around the city. It was definitely in an area with a lot of unhoused folks on the streets nearby, but they were very respectful and I never felt unsafe.
