Everything exactly as described. All utilities, hvac, appliances, lighting, tv. All excellent. Location was great for us. Nice neighborhood. Felt very secure.

Sacramento house

This property needs attention. We have stayed at many rental houses and I understand there are challenges in owning and maintaining, but this one needs some investment. This one had cabinets falling apart, it was not cleaned well- dirty cupboards, stained area rugs, lacked basics like a pot in the kitchen, blinds were broken, black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The dishwasher was not installed properly nor were toilets so they moved and shifted. Furniture was worn, headboards not attached to bed frames and chairs in the kitchen were wobbly. Mattresses were uncomfortable, bad pillows and no extra blankets if all three beds were used. Lamps in the bedroom didn’t reach outlets and required us to find extension cords. Noisy main road. Owners left only two dishwasher tabs and one kitchen rag. Owner did respond and shipped a pot and a box of towels on our second day.
