Comfortable and convenient
Pleasant apartment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean. Decent neighborhood felt safe to go for walks. Convenient to market, close to UC Davis, as well as downtown Sacramento. Would be happy to stay here again.

Property is tastefully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Appliances and kitchen gadgets are nice and all were in perfect working order. Communication was excellent, friendly, and warm. Check-in was easy. This property close to my Sacramento destination, and I will stay again. Thank you!

Great place!
Great place to stay. It was comfortable, clean, cozy and had all the amenities you’ll need. Wr got take out due to things being close enough, but we also cooked too. There were plenty of things that made both easy. It is upstairs, but not a bad trek to get there. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is nice! We were happy with our stay. It's close to the freeway and stores. We had no trouble finding street parking on the same block as the apartment. Owner communication was excellent. Check in instructions were clear and delivered on time. He responded promptly to messages and when the parking pass went missing, he emailed a new pass to print out on the printer in the apartment. The kitchen is as described. There is no separate oven but the microwave has a conventional oven feature. There is no table inside to eat at - use the table and chairs on the deck. There are pots and utensils for cooking - the basics, nothing fancy. Internet and TV with streaming services worked well. The TV is mounted high on the wall with a sofa and chair facing it. The apartment is in good condition. There were a few minor things that didn't affect our stay. The bedding and towels were in good shape.
