“This was my first time in Santiago de Compostela. I like the experience of the local dwelling experience from the Hotel Moure. The hotel is only 3 mins walk from the Cathedral. Only 15 rooms in contemporary minimal design. Very clean and well maintained. Street was quiet. Front desk staff who actually takes care of everything was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping lady gave warm smiles every time we met. I would commented that the shower cubicle is small and has clear glass that opens……

“Very friendly and gracious staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Delicious bottle of chilled wine was waiting for us in the room. Large and well appointed bathroom. Property is beautiful with outdoor seating and a comfortable lobby bar area for coffee in the morning (in room kettle comes with tea only). There is a cute little gym on the top floor. Small sauna is available at the gym, but you have to pay and then wait for it to heat up. One glitch in the room was that the TV remote was……

“Have requested a higher floor room, and I got then room in basement. The only room in basement, just next to laundry room. No reception no staff in the building. Only provide digit password for entering the building and room. Have asked them few times before arrived, how to get there and how to get into building and the room. Keep saying to wait until the check in time. No instructions can provide beforehand (please note I arrived late st night and no staff in the building) No one can help.”
