"Overall nice convenient hotel"

"It was in a very convenient area near grocery stores and my job."

"Within hours of check in the AC broke. It was high 80s outside and we had our two dogs with us which is so unsafe to not have AC. After one night we left because it was so hot inside. Not to mention the building literally has cement floors, smells horrible and had bugs in the shower and sink. "

"Very comfortable for our family of 5 to stay in this quaint house for 8 days/nights. I would recommend to anyone with a family or for a group stay, but especially for those on a budget as it was very inexpensive compared to other rentals closer to downtown (and in my opinion much nicer), and we didn't want to be downtown. Also only 10-15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from beaches. While it can technically sleep 10 as listed, I think it would be tight for more than 7 as it is an old house so the rooms aren't overly large, even though the beds are comfortable."
