"We had a perfect week in Luz. Maria is a fabulous host and the property is better than described and in pictures. Property was clean comfortable and had plenty of space. We had 3 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 9. They loved the heated pool after a day at the beach. The pool was warm, clean and there was tons of patio furniture not shown in pictures. "The villa is absolutely beautiful - clean lines, modern, sleek, and the air conditioning is wonderful. Bedrooms are all en-suite and spotless, and there is so much space for storage (handy when we had golf clubs with us). The lower-level massive garage was a bonus! Some minor annoyances like a rattling fan in the master ensuite and a dining chair in need of repair but overall excellent layout and plenty of room inside and out. "The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Grocery store was just around the corner. Would liked to have had a small broom and dustpan to sweep the floors with after cooking and eating. The terrace had no view just the 4 walls surrounding it which kept it cool and damp. "We were initially concerned that views from the deck didn't match photos on the vrbo website. Sandra graciously alleviated our concerns. The interior was very clean and incredibly roomy. In addition, it had excellent kitchen and bathroom ammenities. Although we didn't use it, the pool is a great feature. This is a great place for a family to stay."

"Property as described but smell of sewage terrible from day 1. Toilet leaked day 1 took 3 days to mend as they could not find problem. Toilet and shower room flooded every time someone showered. The kitchen sink blocked and then we could not use dishwasher or sink. So unable to wash up Spent so much time mopping floors and leaks.
