Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. "1. Got to the hostel around 3:30 pm on arrival date, but had to wait for them to Start make up room. At first they asked me to get the twin-bed room and move to king-bed room the next day. I said no as I obviously booked double-bed room which means 1 big bed, plus I traveled by my own, so there is no reason for me to stay in twin-bed room. "Took 30 minutes to check in. Each elevator had a 10 minute wait, and it took me 10 minutes to find out which elevator to take. The building is quite confusing if this is your first time going there. I suppose there's an interesting cultural experience staying in this building for a night."
