Très beau appartement

Très belle appartement , rien a dire, ( sauf une climatisation qui serait la bienvenue en particulier pour les enfants ) nous y avons passer 11 jours avec nos deux filles, nous avons apprécier particulier l'eau chaude disponible dans la salle de bain, la cuisine équipée, la télévision. L'appartement est loin du centre ville a pieds ( en voiture 5 minutes ) mais ceci vaut le coup car en période juillet aout avec la fête foraine du centre ville le bruit est insupportable et ceci tard dans la soirée. La gardienne Jamila est très disponible et a toujours un sourire en vous accueillant . Merci famille moumni

Magnifique appartement !!!

Nous avons passé en famille un très bon séjour dans ce quartier très au calme. De nombreux commerces de proximité, une surveillance parking remarquable effectué par un agent très sympathique. La personne qui nous a présenté l'appartement le jour de notre arrivée (Jamila) est une dame d'une très grande gentillesse et d'une très grande disponibilité. Appartement très conforme aux photos mises en ligne. La propriétaire est très sérieuse et sympathique. A recommander surtout pour un séjour en famille. Une installation de climatisation serait souhaitable et apporterait un plus grand confort.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix

La location est propre, confortable et conforme au descriptif . La résidence est situé à 5mn de la plage (15mn à pieds). Nous avons apprécié le calme de la residence loin du tourisme de masse et la proximité des petits commerces locaux bons marchés . Le gardien Hossine est tres sympathique, et plein de bonne adresse. Pour le Shoping nous avons adoré l'un des plus grand Souk du Maroc à Oujda , la encore tres peu de Touriste et des prix tres interessant . Merci à Myriam pour sa gentillesse et ses adresses de restaurants ou nous nous sommes regalés de poissons frais au prix d'un Macdo chez nous. Nous recommandons cette location. Jamila
